Refunds and Returns Policy

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will happily provide a replacement or refund in accordance with ACL.

Please contact us within a reasonable time of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the fault or error

We will cover return postage for faulty or incorrect items.

 

Size Exchanges

We do not offer change-of-mind returns, however we do offer size exchanges, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • The item must be free from marks, stains, smells, or damage

  • The exchange request must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

Customers are responsible for return postage for size exchanges. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection (outside of size exchange eligibility)

  • Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items

  • Items without original tags

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are faulty or incorrect, in line with ACL.

Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process:

  • Exchanges within 3–7 business days

  • Refunds (where applicable) back to the original payment method

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
